Fast Thermocouple is mainly used for measuring the temperature of the molten steel and high temperature molten metal, is a one-time consumption of thermocouple, it works according to
the hot metal effect, the use of fast thermocouple at both ends of temperature electric heating temperature measurement of molten steel and high dissolved metals, the thermocouple is
characterized by high accuracy, fast response, lightly and ingeniously structured, easy to use. Insert the metal liquid time should not be too long, depth should not be too deep, generally a
dual head measurement .
Thermocouple cartridges are fitted on to spiral wound paper tubes. Paper tube lengths up to 1800 mm as per customers requirements can be supplied. Paper tubes have wall thickness of 6.5mm (± 0.25mm). Optional Antisplash ceramic coating on front portion of the paper tube can be supplied as per customer's specifications.
Structure of Thermocouple:
According to the type of thermocouple interface can be divided into the following categories:
Type 602 thermocouple head(Round bottom)
Type 604 thermocouple head(Triangle bottom)
