Present in the molten steel in the number of oxygen, the quality of molten steel, ferroalloy and finished product rate of consumption has a key influence. With the exception of boiling steel, semi-killed steel expanding (and beyond boiling and aluminum killed steel deoxidation molten steel continuous casting steel production and refining technology is widely used, the urgent need for rapid, accurate and direct understanding of the oxygen content in molten steel, in order to control steelmaking operations, improve quality and reduce consumption.
Oxygen probe is to meet the above requirements of production design and manufacture a molten steel oxygen content and temperature of molten steel metallurgical sensing probe assay.
Production Description
High oxygen probe can be used for LF, RH, etc. refining station, measuring station steel oxygen activity and process oxygen activity measurement, be sure to include the amount of oxygen scavenger, shorten smelting time, help develop new varieties, improve the process to improve steel purity.
The key part of oxygen probe is oxygen half-cell, which is researched and developed by our company independently. The outer dia. of the paper tube is 38mm, and the tube thickness is 10mm. The total length is 1300mm or 800mm.
