1.Brief Introduction for molten Steel Sampler

Molten steel sampler is mainly composed of polyester sand,sampler cup,quartz tube and iron cap. It has a simple structure,convenient application,full sampling rate and quality of steel by dense.

The front part wrapped with a white cemect which is refractory,protect the tube when dip in the high temperature steel liquid.

Molten Iron Sampler is used for obtaining sample of molten iron to get chemical analysis.It's available to suit  desulfurization, flow backward station.

Samples are available for chemical analysis and other analysis. To obtain the data of the required composition, control adjustment and composition in steelmaking, ironmaking process.
